PLOScast is a monthly interview audio podcast hosted by PLOS staff researcher Elizabeth Seiver. Episodes range in length from 35-60 minutes, and consist of in-depth conversations with innovators in Open Access, scientific publishing, scholarly communications, and related fields.
Guests have included Alice Meadows of ORCID, Hilda Bastian of NCBI, Konrad Förstner and Matthias Fromm of Open Science Radio,[1], Tracy Teal of Data Carpentry,[2] and historian Aileen Fyfe of University of St Andrews.

Each episode includes a short introduction at the top, followed by a detailed interview-style discussion.
