It looks like al- Ahdath Prison was taken by ISIS with active conflicts in the area of Al Hasakah. It is also reported that fighting is taking place at the electic station (listed as substation on the map?) http://www.syriahr.com/en/2015/06/is-continues-its-attack-on-south-of-al-hasakah/

The Syrian Army and its allies pounded the terrorist groups with a mixture of light weaponry, missiles, tanks and airstrikes to push them back from the village of Ramliyah Northeast of Homs and South of Hama provinces.
