The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Chinese: 商務及經濟發展局局長), head of Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Government, is responsible for promoting the commerce and economic development in Hong Kong. The position was created in 2007 by merging the previous portfolios of Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology and Secretary for Economic Development and Labour.
