The Appa Institute of Engineering and Technolog[2] is located at Kalaburagi in the state of Karnataka, India. The college was established in 2002 by Dr. Sharanabaswappa Appa, Mahadasoha Peetadhipati, Sharnbasaveshwar Samsthan, Kalaburagi, who has 40 years of experience in the field of education.

AIT Appa Institute of Technology (Kannada:ಅಪ್ಯಾ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ is an engineering college affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University.[3] The college campus is situated at Vidya Nagar, Kalaburagi.[4]
