There is a theory of invariant convex cones in representations of Lie groups over the reals, of which the theory of invariant convex cones in the adjoint representation, discussed in this article, is a special case. The article's title could just as easily refer to the more general theory. Perhaps the more general theory should be treated in the article as well?
