Reference is just a normal git commit

As far as I can tell, the reference given is just normal git commit. There is nothing that indicates that the commit is marked as a preview release in any way. I am also unable to find any indication elsewhere on the web that rTorrent makes preview releases. Unless someone can find a reference to the preview release, I think this template should probably be deleted.
