A zeppelin loop, also called a Rosendahl loop, is a secure, jam resistant loop knot based on the zeppelin bend. It is one of the few loops suitable for bungee.

There are two possible versions depending on the direction of the rope end.

  1. the type where the end leaves the knot perpendicular to the main part, and seems to form a continuation of the loop end
  2. the type where the end leaves the knot parallel with the main part, and seems to form a continuation of it
