Poorly written. Poorly sourced. Unhelpful title. Rather than rescuing this article, it would be easier to create a new article at empirical process control. Yaris678 (talk) 15:05, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete, nom is right, this is poorly and very partially written (from a Scrum point of view). Whether there's anything here to add to process control, I rather doubt, but given the very poor sourcing here (most paragraphs are totally unsourced, the rest partial in both senses), we aren't losing anything worth saving.
