Project Library
I agree with the B class rating for the most part. Some constructive criticism: The lead needs some more citations and fewer 1-2 sentence paragraphs. You have a ton references throughout the rest of the article, the lead should reflect the rest of the page and therefore you can easily bring more information into it. The history section need some work - there are a lot of subsections, which is fine, but the overview is only one sentence long. I'd like to see these expanded if possible. I think the rest of the article from there down is superb, granted I haven't done a comprehensive review of all references.
