In shogi, 1. ...R-3b (2手目△3二飛 niteme san-ni hi) is a Third File Rook opening (戦法) in which White's rook (飛) is positioned on the 3b square on White's move.

When played by Black, the opening is known as 1. R-7h (初手7八飛 shote nana-hachi hi).
