I am affiliated with Symantec, who publishes CIO Digest (the subject of the article). The article does not seem fit for an encyclopedia, especially the last two paragraphs. It is unlikely the publication is notable and likely it was written by someone at the publication. Hopefully this AfD nomination will serve to assist in correcting that error.
