Adam Proudlock (born May 9, 1981 in Wellington, Shropshire) is an English footballer who currently plays for Stockport. He was sacked by Sheffield Wednesday early in the 2005/06 season for a breach of club discipline but was reinstated after an appeal by the PFA. This allowed him to join Ipswich on a short-term basis, before being released. Adam has previously played for Clyde, Nottingham Forest, Tranmere and Wolves.
