A project delivery method is the method by which an agency or owner obtains design and construction services for a project by entering into legal agreements with one or more entities or parties.

Common project delivery methods include:

Design-Build (D-B) or Design-Construct
Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B) or Design-Award-Build (D-A-B)
