The Campus is spread over an area of more than 50 acres in a lush green pollution free environment.[1]

Institute of Engineering & Technology, Bhaddal is located in Rupnagar, the newly created divisional headquarter of the state of Punjab, with academic and student facilities in an integrated technical campus. The institute was established in July 1998[2] by founder Er. Gurcharan Singh[3], a renowned social reformer, in order to spread quality technical and professional education in the state. IET Bhaddal is a privately owned, NAAC accredited institution, approved by the University Grants Commision[4]. All the programs of the Institute have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Council of Architecture, and the Government of Punjab.
