Robbert Hartog of Canada served as the Chairman of the Educational Methods Group of the World Scout Committee.[1]

In 1981, Hartog was awarded the 147th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
