Puthucode is a small village in Palakkad district of Kerala state, south India. It is under AlathurFile:F4da654c.jpg Taluk in Palakkad district of Kerala state, India.It has a ((bhagavathy)) temple in the centre and four ((agraharams)), essentially where ((brahmins)) stay in all the four directions. The goddess is also known as ((annapoorneswari))File:F4e35bae.jpg, meaning goddess of food. the celebrations during the traditional ((navaratri)) season is a treat to be relished.

There is another temple to the end of the north agraharam, which hosts lord shiva ((one of the supreme powers)).File:F4da64b9.jpg
