The Topic that we, as group, are working on is called:"Collaborative decision-making software". The part I'm going to edit is under "Components". This is what I wrote for my part:

Ii is said that the key features of a CDM forum are as follows: 1.Report centric discussion; 2.Annotations, and; 3.General discussion topics. This shows a high need of skilled workers in the business. It an article that showed the thin line separating the economic change, recruitment strategies and its impact on local workers even if they are highly skilled or not. There are many factors driving the global demand for highly skilled workers. The said factors results in the highly intensified competition for talent of people. The article had also pointed out the different policies and practices that have also been a major factor in the making of corporation’s goals without an international consensus given by global policy frameworks and national governments and values. Hence, the results showed how important analyzing and discussing the process that recruiters or companies are using to imply an international strategic recruitment and its impact on local workers. Whether it is a local or an international employee or worker or top management level should be well panned and organized by the managers for better recruitment and for giving the right positions to those people who really deserve it. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
