What I'm Cut Out to Be is the name of a country music album by Dottie West, released in 1968.

The album sold quite well considering there were no singles released from the disc, peaking in the Country Top 20. One song from the album, "Before The Next Teardrop Falls", became a major hit seven years later for Freddy Fender. Although sales of this album were decent, no singles were released from it.
