References and sources have been added to the Wikipedia Prescriptive Analytics page. Citations have been added within the text. The term 'prescriptive analytics' was not familiar to me until a few years ago even though I am a deep expert in decisions making by predicting outcomes and guided by this selecting best decisions. Perhaps there is another term for this. The definition in Wikipedia include that it must be based on 'big data'. Without that then the earliest application goes back at least 40 years.
