The Center for Scientific Computation And Mathematical Modeling (CSCAMM) is an American mathematics institute.

CSCAMM is located on the UMD campus, in close proximity to UMD's Department of Mathematics and Department of Computer Science.

Mission

CSCAMM is a major research within the UMD's department of mathematics, it is also one of the three constituents of the department's AMSC program. It works as the major hub of the research network, KI-Net.

Background

The institute was founded by Eitan Tadmor; Pierre-Emmanuel Jabin is its current director. [1]

Programs

During each semester, CSCAMM hosts weekly seminar which covers a broad range of mathematical subjects. CSCAMM is also a major hub of the research network, KI-Net.
