Easy Relaxed Approach with Smooth Movement

ERASM is a technique used in stuttering therapy. It involves four components.

  1. start easy and relaxed with soft voice
  2. stretch the first vowel
  3. raise the volumn
  4. maintain the regular speed of speech after that.
