Two RESTful Service Description Languages?

Are there two similar languages called RESTful Service Description Language, both using the acronym RSDL, each originating at about the same time? The RSDL described in this article is not the same as the one on github:

https://github.com/jonathanrobie/restful-service-description-language

The github RSDL was presented at Balisage here:

http://www.balisage.net/Proceedings/vol10/html/Robie01/BalisageVol10-Robie01.html

More complete documentation?

This page seems to be exactly the same as the following page:

http://www.ovirt.org/RSDL

Is there a complete description of the Ovirt RSDL somewhere?

How does it compare to WADL?
