I wanted to have links for 'conditional move' elsewhere, a concept mentioned in many articles e.g. specific ISAs; I'm not sure if this deserves an entire article. It might be worth mentioning in an article on pipelining; alternatively a single article covering 'means of increasing instruction level parallelism' could cover conditional moves and predication.

if it does deserve an article, it should discuss the tradeoffs ('its not so good for OOOE', 'RISC-V avoids it..')

Would it be appropriate to have a category, "ISAs supporting conditional move", which this redirects to ?
