African cable television ACTV is a Nigerian-owned multi-media company that offers a Direct to Home (DTH) pay-TV with the highest quality affordable in the Nigeria market. MultiChoice's DStv has been the most popular and subscribed cable television network since the inception of digital television in Nigeria.[1][2] Other networks like HiTv and Chinese owned Startimes have increased the competitiveness of the cable TV market.[3][4]
