Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP, sometimes CISSP-ISSAP) is an advanced information security certification issued by (ISC)2 that focuses on the architecture aspects of information security.

Requirements

To receive an ISSAP designation a person must:

1. Hold a valid CISSP certification

2. Have two or more years of professional experience in the area of security-related architecture.

3. Pass the ISSAP exam

Content

The ISSAP exam focuses on six areas of information security: Access Control Systems and Methodology, Communications & Network Security, Cryptography, Security Architecture Analysis, Technology Related Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery Planning, and Physical Security Considerations
