A successful adminship generally requires:
Trust
Experience
Content creation

Trust

Candidates must have the trust of the community. They are commonly well-mannered, show good judgement, and have a clean block log.

Experience

Successful candidates usually have thousands of edits and plenty of experience, often in areas related to deletion.

Content creation

Candidates who have good content creation typically do better at their RfA than those who do not.
