Paula method
Appearance
The Paula Method is an alternative to Kegel exercises.[1] The idea is that by strengthening your sphincter muscles (eye muscle: Orbicularis Oculi Muscle and mouth muscle: [Oris Muscle]), the contractions would also strengthen the sphincter muscles in the pelvic floor.[2] There have been several conflicting studies on its efficacy and further research must be conducted.
