I missed the discussion about the deletion at the time. I certainly agree that the text can be improved but believe that it is an important concept for electronic privacy. Whether to call it CL-signature or Signature with efficient protocols is debatable. While the former is possibly more specific and more common, the latter is the name that Camenisch and Lysyanskaya chose themselves.
