User 71.235.154.73 engaged in an edit war at ResellerRatings in December 2014, the page was semi protected (see Talk:ResellerRatings), then the same user registered username NotTechimo in order to get around the semi protection. NotTechimo was subsequently blocked indefinitely by admin Mr Stradivarius for impersonating me (see User_talk:NotTechimo). When the semi-protect expired, user 71.235.154.73 began editing the ResellerRatings page again on January 22, 2016 and within 6 hours, user ZeroShadows began editing the page (with zero prior edits to Wikipedia). I believe that the same user is now posting under the username ZeroShadows, to get around the block and previous edit history of 71.235.154.73, NotTechimo, 32.211.179.232, and 67.80.150.115, which I believe are all the same user. Per Vanjagenije's request, here are some diffs that link NotTechimo and ZeroShadows, behaviorally.
Both NotTechimo and ZeroShadows use “, sir” repeatedly:
Diff 1: NotTechimo “You are the one, sir, who is biased and not neutral.” “It is you, sir, that has the agenda. Not me.“
Diff 2: ZeroShadows “As for what I'm proposing being unfit for inclusion, that's your opinion, sir.”
Both NotTechimo and ZeroShadows use the word “glowing” and the phrases “glowing review” and “glowing PR”, repeatedly:
Diff 1: NotTechimo “Stop rewriting this article as if it's a glowing review”
Diff 2: NotTechimo “include something other than glowing PR about the company”
Diff 3: ZeroShadows “Third party glowing reviews of the business don't fit those categories”
Both NotTechimo and ZeroShadows make references to the article reading like a “company press release”:
Diff 1: NotTechimo “I contest having this article read only like a company press release”
Diff 2: ZeroShadows “It's time for that to change and for the article to be more of an article than a company press release.”
Note also that despite how aggressively 71.235.154.73 had been editing the ResellerRatings article on 1/22/2016 and prior, zero edits occurred from that IP user anywhere on Wikipedia, not on any talk page or any other discussion, once ZeroShadows started editing on 1/22, 6 hours after 71.235.154.73's last 1/22 edit. Dr Jekyll was here to stay as ZeroShadows, and if there was a real separate Mr Hyde user as 71.235.154.73, they would have been editing in parallel or alternately. ZeroShadows replaced 71.235.154.73 because they're the same person.

Clerk note: I blocked two IPs that have been editing the page since 2014. They are obvious socks of this master. @Techimo: I am not so sure about ZeroShadows. Can you provide some diffs to show how his editing is similar to NotTechimo's? Vanjagenije (talk) 23:18, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
