The Domyoji Line (近鉄道明寺線, -sen) is a railway line of the Kintetsu Corporation connecting Japanese cities of Kashiwara and Fujiidera.

The line is extremely short having only 3 stations those being Kashiwara, Kashiwara-Minamiguchi and Domyoji. Kashiwara station permits transfer to the Japan Railways Yamatoji Line to Nara and Osaka and Domyoji station allows commuters to change to the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line. The line has a single track and just one two-carriage train travels between its terminating stations.
