At February's AAAS conference there will be FOUR editathons focused on science topics, for beginners and experts alike. Welcome to Wikipedia's Year of Science! For these events, participants must be either attendees at the AAAS conference, or experienced Wikimedians selected as moderators.

What to bring

A laptop computer or tablet. We'll have WiFi.
Any resources you would like to refer to
You're welcome to bring your camera and take pictures
Preferably, a registered Wikipedia user account (but we can also create one on the spot)

Please sign up, either to edit or as a potential moderator (an experienced Wikipedian), here on the AAAS website. If you leave your username (or real name) below, that will be helpful too. This event is open to people of all experience levels.

During or before event

Create a Wikipedia account
While logged into your Wikipedia account, visit the course dashboard and click "join course". This permits identification of your Wikipedia edits.
