It is high-time we document the next phase of project management. Namely, the language of complex projects. Once a common language is established then, and only then, will complex projects be assured success in all three environments of a project. Change impacts will be analyzed & processed accordingly, informed Board Decision(s) made, systematically controlling the project with Configuration Management, timeliness in all processes, irreversible engineering implemented, and motivated synergized team(s) delivering required products. Thru all this complex interaction, and closed loop communication, a successful project is delivered allowing the creation of the next world-changing technology.
