OpenAI
OpenAI is a non-profit artificial intelligence research company. The company aims to advance friendly artificial intelligence. Elon Musk and Sam Altman will be co-chairs. Ilya Sutskever will be the research director.[1]
The company is supported by US$1 billion in commitments, among others by Reid Hoffman, Jessica Livingston, Peter Thiel, Amazon Web Services, Infosys, and YC Research.[2]
