Digital Signal Processing is a monthly peer-reviewed open access scientific journal publishing regular and review articles on all areas of signal processing.

The journal published its first issue in 1991 under Academic Press. Upon the acquisition of the Academic Press by Elsevier, the journal is run now by Elsevier.[1] The editor-in-chief is Ercan E. Kuruoglu (ISTI-CNR, Pisa, Italy).[2]
