C4ISR Journal (C4ISR, or C4ISR: The Journal of Net-Centric Warfare) is a monthly publication covering emerging issues and trends in global military transformation and network centric warfare technologies, products and services for federal government managers, defense, and industry.
C4ISR is published by the Defense News Media Group,[1] a unit of the Army Times Publishing Company, which is a part of Gannett Company (NYSE:GCI).
