CV-Library.co.uk was one of the first employment-related websites for job listings launched in the UK in October 2000.[2] CV-Library holds the UK’s largest CV database of over 9 million CVs from candidates looking for work. The website is an example of vertical search and in 2008 Hitwise cited CV-Library as a top 10 website in terms of web visitors. In 2015 CV-Library is one of the top 250 most visited websites in the UK according to alexa.com.

CV-Library has a US website Resume-Library.com which launched in November 2014. In March 2015, CV-Library slipped past TotalJobs to become the second largest website in terms of UK jobs listed behind Reed. In 2014 & 2015 CV-Library appeared in The Sunday Times’ Profit Track 100 list of businesses with the fastest growing profits in the UK.
