This page is not unambiguously promotional, because this page explains who CREATE Foundation are, our origin, what we do and how we help. This is of interest to out-of-home care sector workers, government bodies, carers, children and young people in care and other organisations. This is in no way advertising. This Wikipedia page includes both our website links only which is where people can access our resources etc.
