Absolute Linux is a lightweight Linux distribution that works on older hardware and is based on Slackware Linux.[1] The client is designed for everyday use (internet, multimedia, documents). Its default window manager is IceWM. Some of the programs offer by default include: GIMP, OpenOffice, Google Chrome, Xfburn, p7zip, AbiWord, and Pidgin.[citation needed]
