A digital clock manager (DCM) is a function for manipulating clock signals by: [1]
- Multiply and divide an incoming clock (DFS).
- Recondition a clock to, for example, ensure 50% duty cycle.
- Phase shift (DLL).
- Eliminate clock skew.
