The list of programs is incomprehensible

The list of programs needs some more structure, and perhaps be changed into a proper table. It is not evident what items are applications, frameworks, platforms, GUI toolkits etc. --HelgeStenstrom (talk) 17:47, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

RAD and GUI designers are blah

unrelated. RAD is mostly about component based building of application leveraging frameworks. Of course for GUI that touches designers somewhat, but only when based on a firm component footing and underlying framework. This can be easily noticed in that RAD tools e.g. typically also handle database in a component, drag-and-drop manner, e.g. like in Delphi with non-visual designer datamodules. Even services and daemons are driven by designtime principles there.
