Unsigned comment: want more info on oasis ?

I have cleaned up the article, and it is now completely readable, though it might be a little too technical. I also removed some conflicting information regarding runtime improvements over GDSII; my understanding is that any runtime improvement is lost when the data has to be unpacked to memory. Please feel free to correct this if I'm wrong. Also, the article is missing citations in quite a few places. Fire (talk) 17:55, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]


I suspect the article is severely biased; On my position in PDK development team i can not see the OASIS replacing the GDSII. Most likely, the primary author of this page, "tgrebinski" (Thomas J. Grebinsky) has a conflict of interests because he is the chairman of SEMI company.
