Rosetta is a widely-used suite of macromolecular modeling software, originating in the lab of David Baker at the University of Washington. It provides modules for protein structure prediction, protein-protein interaction prediction, protein design, and related problems. It provides the software library underlying the popular Rosetta@home and FoldIt citizen science software.
