Interpolation techniques (can be combined with any illumination model):

• Flat shading
• Gouraud shading
• Phong shading

Illumination models (can be combined with any of the above mentioned interpolation techniques):

• Blinn–Phong
• Cook–Torrance (microfacets)
• Lambert
• Minnaert
• Oren–Nayar (Rough opaque diffuse surfaces)
• Phong
• Ward anisotropic
• Cel shading uses a special kind of non-photorealistic illumination model
