TALG has many special issues in the past, in which selected papers from Symposium on Discrete Algorithms (SODA) are included.

  • SODA 2002 special issue[2]
  • SODA 2007 special issue[3]
  • SODA 2011 special issue[4]

Abstracting and indexing

The journal is abstracted and indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded,[5] Current Contents/Engineering, Computing & Technology,[5] and Scopus.[6] According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2013 impact factor of 0.400.[7]
