Join us for the next Unforgetting L.A. edit-a-thon at the Craft and Folk Art Museum on Sunday, June 21!

Who writes the history of art in Los Angeles? You do! Meetup with online magazine East of Borneo for a Wikipedia training workshop and edit-a-thon to build a better online history of Southern California art. This next meetup in the Unforgetting L.A. series is hosted by the Craft and Folk Art Museum and will focus on the history of California craft and design. As always, beginners welcome! We'll provide training for new editors with orientations offered every hour on the hour.

What: Unforgetting L.A. #9

When: Saturday, June 21 from Noon–5pm.

Where: Craft and Folk Art Museum, 5814 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

Suggested Focus: California Craft & Design

What to bring: Your laptop, power adapter, and any reference materials you'd like to work from or share.

Unforgetting LA is a series of Wikipedia edit-a-thons started in July 2013 by the online art magazine East of Borneo. We meet throughout the year at local museums and art spaces to train new editors and build a better online history of art in Southern California. Previous hosts include the Getty Research Institute, LACMA, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, the California African American Museum, and the MAK Center for Art and Architecture.
