There's a download link. The image is listed as having a CC2.0 license, though if the artist is still alive or recently deceased, that may not be accurate. MjolnirPants Tell me all about it. 13:04, 9 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I would say not, the author was Harald Damsleth and therefore can't be claimed under CC2.0. The author also died in 1971 therefore the image unfortunately doesn't qualify for {{PD-Art}} as time has not exceeded life of the author plus 70 years, even as a 'faithful photographic reproduction of a two-dimensional, public domain work of art'. (Preferably with a recommended width to use with that article, as I never manually set width but the standard width seems too small for such a picture.) As always, thank you.
