Peritia: Journal of the Medieval Academy of Ireland is an annual peer-reviewed academic journal covering Irish in the context of the European Middle Ages and European medieval studies in general. The journal has consistently welcomed contributions from all disciplines. The current editors are Professor Dáibhí Ó Cróinín, National University of Ireland, Galway and Dr Elva Johnston, University College Dublin. The journal is published by Brepols Publishers.
