Testing of Qgis probably in combo with other other programs

Orontes

Map of the Orontes river

First draft:

  • Is it the right dimensions or should it include more area (and what area?)
  • I still have to label the cities though the points are there for them (at least for largish places). Are there any significant places that are not marked?
  • I've also not labelled the countries yet though white marks the boundaries.
  • I used purple to highlight the Orontes river (and red to highlight the Litani river); these can be changed. I'm not sure how to distinguish the two major tributaries: Afrin river and Karasu river or if I should (given the map could be used in those articles also).
