Codea is a Lua editor for iOS devices, made by TwoLivesLeft. It allows for most of the features that other Lua editors have, with the addition of the ability of exportation of programs to xcode.
History
Codea was released to iTunes in late 2010, soon after the first-generation iPad came out, making it one of the first iOS Lua editors. Almost a year later, in April 2012, the first completely iPad made iOS app came out, which was programmed with Codea and shipped to XCode[1]
On March, 2014 Codea 2.0 was released, which allowed 64-Bit architecture, Intellisense Implementation, and various interface changes.[2]
