Good day, all. You may be familiar with the recent CheckUser filed against Rick Browser, determining that he was a sockpuppet of Brazil4Linux. Well, apparently he hasn't ceased his behavior and two more socks have popped up which are now enforcing Rick's previous edits, despite other users asking him not to do so. [[1]], [[2]], [[3]].

This ordinarily wouldn't be enough to attract much attention, but he's now trying to use his sockpuppets to [influence] the RFA vote for Jedi6. It's been noticed and Jedi6 has requested a checkuser be run. Thank you all in advance.

Brazil4Linux has come on IRC complaining that he was blocked for using sockpuppets to evade 3RR, but has not engaged in this behaviour. There was no checkuser evidence for this. I'm sorta posting this for him, though he didn't understand what CheckUser is when I tried to explain it.

  • Which you will note is why I blocked that account. The others were editwarring on articles Brazil4Linux was arguing on. All appeared during B4L block periods to continue edit wars.  ALKIVAR 21:13, 28 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
